Quinton is the president of HomePal Mortgage and a current Folio Ferndale Member. He chose Folio for his new office because of the style and open layout. He enjoys the Co-Working Environment and being able to have clients and partners come into the space.
What’s most important to you in an ideal workspace/office? Being able to bring in clients and Business Partners, space for collaboration is huge in my industry. I operate a “people business” that is built on relationships- there is only so much you can do from home.
How has getting a new office space impacted your business? Working from this office has allowed me to network much more with Downtown Ferndale in our backyard. The restaurant scene is great down here so I try to meet business partners 3-4 times per week out of the office. Some clients are also more comfortable coming into an office and doing business, versus coming into someone’s home office.
What would you say to someone who is considering getting a membership and/or office here at Folio? I’m someone that has always worked around people and built relationships in the office (prior to COVID) so I never enjoyed working from home. I like the “energy” of the office and I enjoy going in everyday- if that is you, you will love working from this office.
